Equipment

From the big machines to dumbells, knowing how to utilise them for the maximum result can be confusing for fitness enthusiasts, no matter their level. We are also aware that not everyone has access to the same equipment, and therefore aim to make your online PT experience something you can tailor to your surroundings. Whether you are in a fully-equipped gym or in your living room, we strive to give you the same experience.

Just finished Craig's 4 week run club, absolutely loved it! The weekly sessions are a mixture of intervals (technique/ strength&conditioning / speed&agility / abs,core&glutes) indoors with 2 sessions down at marsh tracks, 1 focused on speed and the other on distance technique. Craig is an excellent motivator, encouraging and supportive. He allows you to work at your own level and if you want it, he will help push you that little bit further but never tries to make you go any harder than you want.. My overall strength has improved massively over the 4 weeks, I'm much more confident in my own ability and feel so much stronger too. Enjoyed it so much I'm tempted to do his next run club in the coming weeks - can't recommend this enough, well done Craig, I've loved it thankyou

I've just completed the four week body weight bootcamp and I absolutely loved it! It's not like any bootcamp I've done befor, and seeing how much I've improved in just a month has really made it worth the early mornings.. Not only had my physical strength and wellbeing improved but my self confidence has increased in and outside the gym... the 2.2% body fat I've lost has given me the boost I need to carry on. I'm signing up for next months bootcamp oush
